Robert McCanahan is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Certified Mine Safety Professional (CMSP) with experience spanning coal mining, cement plants, quarries/aggregates, concrete plants, and cement terminals.
As a seasoned safety professional with over 33 years of measurable achievement in health/safety leadership, his experience includes safety program development, safety inspections, auditing and OSHA/MSHA/DOT training & compliance.
Robert has spent the larger part of his career working as a Regional Health and Safety Director for some of the largest mining organizations in the country.
Robert earned his Master of Science Degree in Industrial Safety Studies at the
West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia and his Bachelor of Science
Degree in Occupational Health and Safety at Management and Indiana State University

Lt. Emanuel Washington comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience in Hazardous Materials. Emanuel has recently been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. His main role is training other fire fighters in HazWoper, Emergency Response, Confined Space Rescue and Trenching and Shoring Rescue. In addition to his many duties, he also serves on the HazMat Team for the city of Orlando, the Central Florida Urban Search and Rescue Task Force, is an adjunct instructor for the National Fire Academy and the Central Florida Fire Institute teaching Fire Fighters and first responders how to respond to a hazardous material emergency.

Jeffrey Raymer is a Certified Safety Manager with 30+ years of Health and Safety experience.
With extensive consulting and training experience in the Construction and General Industry fields,
Jeffrey is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in Fall Protection, Confined Space, Lockout/Tag-out, and many other OSHA required programs by many companies throughout the US.
Jeffrey is currently employed as the Corporate Safety Specialist for Barton Malow Company.
Previous experience includes multiple General Motors sites functioning in multiple job positions including but not limited to Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and multiple leadership positions in Manufacturing and Safety Analysis and Working Safety Engagement processes.
Jeffrey is a key player with UCS and a valuable asset to the company!
David Tilki has more than 33 years of professional construction safety management experience. His career history includes working with the U.S. Navy Seabees as a heavy equipment operator. He then moved on to work with Jacobs Engineering on their turnpike team supporting engineering design and workzone safety on various projects throughout Florida.
Mr. Tilki has received numerous awards during his tenure with Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise including the Jacob’s Engineering Leadership Award in 2001, the Teamwork Award in 2004, and the Significant Contribution Award in 2010.
David has taught safety training classes for various organizations including Pinellas County School System, Associated General Contractors (AGC), and the National Association for Women in Construction (NAWIC).
Holding a Florida DOT Advanced Temporary Traffic certification, Mr. Tilki stays busy teaching TTC classes throughout Florida.

Bradley Sosnowsky has over 30 years’ experience in Law Enforcement. He is a certified Firearms instructor and former DEA Agent. He knows that the difference in being a victim of a crime, or not, is usually based upon how well you have been trained.
As a Certified Defensive Tactics Instructor, Bradley can teach your employees basic techniques that will enable them to prevent personal harm to themselves and others
Mr. Sosnowsky has been employed by the US Department of Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) providing “Firearms Training” and “Advanced Defensive Tactics” to their agents.
He has worked 30 to 45 day rotations in Afghanistan, providing weapons training to special agents for the US Army.
Spending 3 years as a Uniformed Division Officer for the US Secret Service Agency, providing security to the President and his family at the White House.
He currently provides Active Shooter and Weapons training to Law Enforcement Personnel and civilians throughout the US. His teaching method is unique as he teaches not only to run, hide and fight but to barricade and disable the shooter if possible.
Mr. Sosnowsky graduated from Boston University with a BA in Political Science and Philosophy and is certified by the NRA Law Enforcement Division.

Clarence Willard Jr. is a seasoned safety professional with over 30 years’ experience in varied segments of industry.
He currently provides a wide variety of safety training and consulting including Powered Industrial Truck Operator Safety, Aerial Working Platform Safety, Confined Space Entry and Rescue, and HazWoper to business and Government including the U.S. Navy.
His history includes serving as a Chemical
Biological Radiological Nuclear and High yield
Explosive (CBRNE) Coordinator for the U.S Navy
in Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia as a
hazardous materials technician.
He served as a first responder and fire inspector
for First Coast Navy Fire & Emergency Services
in Jacksonville, Florida.
His vast hands on experience and professional
training techniques makes him ideal as a consultant and instructor for UCS.

Indhi Pinto is a professional traffic engineer with over 12 years working in management positions for HNTB, a national traffic engineering and consulting firm.
Among her many talents, Indhi has been Designing, implementing and inspecting traffic control for work zones for the past 12 years.
Indhi was the lead engineer for HNTB and provided training to all District 5 Traffic Operators with on an ongoing basis.
Currently, Indhi is employed as the Traffic Management Operator at Reedy Creek Improvement District in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. In addition
to her many duties she verifies and corrects MOT for Work Zones by construction companies in the Walt Disney World area.

With over 15 years’ experience in roadway design and engineering, Peter has been employed by some of the most prestigious traffic engineering firms in the world.
His current position with Atkins Global as a Transportation Project Manager affords him the opportunity to be involved with project management, MOT plans review and roadway design supervision on a daily basis.
Prior experience includes Roadway Design Management, Transportation Engineering and Project Management for AECOM (formerly URS) Parsons Brinkerhoff and HDR.
Peter received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering at the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, FL.
Mr. Osborne's educational background coupled with his working experience equips him with the necessary tools to convey his knowledge and real life working experience with the students he instructs. Peter’s goal is to make sure the attendees not only learn, but retain the information.

David has over 30 years of experience in fire protection, safety and insurance risk control. He has worked closely with hundreds of organizations of varying size such to provide high quality safety support, consulting and training to help improve their overall safety culture.
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Science and a Master of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health Risk Management. He has also earned the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, the Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) designation from the National Fire Protection Association.
David is certified as an OSHA Outreach Trainer in both General Industry and Construction, CPR/First Aid, and HazWoper just to mention a few.

For over 15 years Edward Guinn has worked in various capacities with hazardous materials as a Hazardous Material Technician and a Hazardous Materials Response Instructor for the Boca Raton Fire Rescue Department. Additionally, he serves as an adjunct Paramedic instructor for Palm Beach State College and provides OSHA hazardous material response and safety training for private companies in the South Florida area
Over the years, Edward has consistently invested his time and resources to become an expert on Hazardous Materials.

David Fender has worked in various aspects of safety and health for over 40 years. He served 20 years in the US Army with several safety-related assignments and his last duty was at the US Army Safety Center where he dealt with safety issues regarding aviation, playgrounds, day care centers, transportation, industrial safety and system safety.
After retirement from the US Army, he worked for and consulted in the safety industry spending 21 years as a Professor in the Department of Occupational Safety and Health at Murray State University.
Mr. Fender received a bachelor’s degree from Central Missouri University, master’s degree from the University of Southern California and Doctor of Education from Vanderbilt University. He has published several articles in safety & health journals and has written chapters in text and reference books.
He currently consults in regards to OSHA-related issues including teaching safety and OSHA-related training courses for a variety of industries and groups.
Chuck Green has been a
fire fighter for Orange County Fire Rescue for over 20 years. He is highly accomplished in life saving and rescue techniques.
Chuck has been teaching CPR/AED/First Aid Training classes to the general public for over 15 years!

William Teets has over 20 years’ experience as a Safety Professional in a variety of hazardous environments to include Mine Safety, Onsite Safety Inspections, OSHA/Safety Inspections, Safety Audits, Safety Manual and Safety Plan writing. Additionally, he provides OSHA and MSHA training to organizations throughout the U.S.
William has been called upon as a subject matter specialist in Confined Spaces, Trenching and Shoring and MSHA Mine Safety among others.
William is currently employed by i+iCONSoutheast as their Regional Safety Manager covering the Southeast U.S.

Douglas A. Mazdzer has over 23 years as a safety professional in environmental and industrial hygiene. He has worked for both government and private industry providing assessment, auditing, inspection, mishap investigation, writing programs, and training.
He is also an OSHA authorized training instructor for OSHA Outreach General Industry and Construction training courses. Furthermore, he is a training instructor at Volunteer State Community College and an OSHA Outreach Training instructor at Northeast Florida Safety Council.
Mr. Mazdzer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University in Healthcare Management; Construction Safety and Health Technician (CHST) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
Douglas has worked as a Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) on Naval Facility Command construction and base operating services projects. He has also completed three tours of military duty both in the United States Air Force and United States Navy.

Keith Bourgault has been a fire fighter for the city of Okeechobee, Florida for almost 20 years. He is highly accomplished in life saving and rescue techniques.

Domingo Quintana is a seasoned safety professional with a history of working in various environments such as transportation and infrastructure construction and both commercial and residential construction.
Domingo is known throughout the safety industry to develop new methods to have safer working environment. His motto is “When we put learning, people, relationships, respect and living first, then we get to the heart of safety.”
Domingo is bilingual and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Travis Bond's passion for safety began in 1996 when he put his hand over his heart and joined the United States Navy.
After the Navy, Travis started working offshore as a deckhand and worked his way up the ranks quickly to roustabout, fire and safety inspector and soon he earned the COSS (Certified Occupational Safety Specialist) certification. In 2010, these experiences led to an HSE liaison position assisting BP and the U.S. Coast Guard with the Deep-Water Horizon Cleanup/Mitigation. Travis’s experience as safety adviser for multiple projects has taken him all over the world, including Dubai, Trinidad, the Bahamas, Alaska and Singapore to name a few.
Travis is highly respected in the industry. We are very pleased that he has agreed to join our team of esteemed safety professionals!
Mr. Windel Patterson comes to us with a wealth of professional safety experience.
Windel has over 20 years experience as an electrician journeyman, 15 of those years working with high voltage electricity for the state of Georgia and Alabama.
He has provided electrical safety consulting and training with some of the highest profile power companies and construction firms in the world!
Windel has also been providing safety consulting and training abroad for a variety of industries including Electrical, Power, Construction and supporting the U.S. Military in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Jeffery Miller is a consultant who focuses on safety management consulting, quality control, and training for both the profit and nonprofit organizations. He uses a variety of tools to design and deliver solutions for improved organizational performance.
He has seventeen years of experience in petrochemical and construction industries.
Jeff’s organizational consulting experience includes:
Managing site safety programs, Conducting safety inspections, Audits and Safety Plan development that addresses all levels of the organization.
Jeff has earned the title Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) and Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
Jeff is an OSHA Outreach instructor for construction and general industry and maritime industries among many other safety topics.
Jeff understands that each organization is different and custom designs each solution to address the needs of the client.
Kevin Bishop began his career working as a power plant mechanical maintenance apprentice when he completed a five-year training program regarding power plant repair, including high pressure boiler and steam pipe welding.
Subsequently, he began a four-year apprenticeship as an electric lineman and obtained journeyman status. Over the course of his nineteen plus years as a lineman, he became skilled in all types of electric Transmission & Distribution construction and repair. He oversaw crews of up to twenty employees for over ten years, becoming heavily involved in safety.
Kevin is a certified OSHA instructor for the 10- and 30-hour Construction Outreach and ET&D Trainer for the 10 hr. and 20 hr. Supervisor courses.
Kevin has earned the title of CHST from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and the CUSP from USOLN.
Kevin was honorably discharged from the US Air Force in 1976.
